Markees Addison is a valued Crestview Aerospace employee who is widely recognized across the business for his positive attitude and willingness to accept any product fabrication challenge within our manufacturing operations. There is nothing that Markees can’t build!
Markees has been with the company for nearly 15 years, and in that time has worked in many of our manufacturing and assembly work areas. He started off in Check and Straighten, where he spent 7 years learning sheet metal manufacture, before moving to our Bell assembly operations area with a focus on the UH-1Y cabin build, and then our Boeing CH-47 assembly area. He is currently supporting our fabrication work centers, including our forming cells.
The thing that Markees enjoys most about working at Crestview Aerospace is the people. He says that everyone is always willing to help and that he enjoys the hands-on aspect of his work as a structural assembler. He wants to continue in this role and lend his problem solving skills to manufacturing and assembly production activities.
Markees grew up in the Northwest Florida area, and credits his family with his solid work ethic, especially his Dad, who introduced him to block laying at the age of 12. Markees is a dedicated family man – he has been married to Toccara for 7 years, and they have 3 children. In his spare time, Markees is a bit of a cook – anything that he can smoke, grill, or BBQ is fair game!
